Cintex provides services to government, non-government, private and not-for profit organisations, evaluating and reviewing large scale projects, processes, programs and services. Program evaluation and review provides accountability to program funders and consumers and to ensure programs are implemented to meet outcomes.

Over the past few years, Cintex has offered evaluation services to clients using a variety of approaches and methodologies. Our evaluation work encompasses the use of qualitative and quantitative methods and are tailored to suit our clients needs. This often includes the collective of quantitative data, stakeholder analysis, systematic review of literature and policy information through to qualitative approaches, such as focus groups, informant interviews, surveys and individual consultations with key stakeholders, leaders, managers and more increasingly service users.

Cintex has helped many clients conduct relevant and meaningful evaluation of programs at all stages from inception to implementation and development to ensure processes and outputs are meeting intended outcomes over short-term, intermediate and long term periods.

In addition, the reviews we provide have assisted clients to reflect and learn from the challenges, successes and opportunities presented. This has helped many clients ensure programs are effectively aligned to the strategic directions of the organisation and practical results are being achieved.
